Harris Bank Volunteer Day

Harris Bank Volunteer Day

On Thursday, June 10th, Barrington Harris Bank employees volunteered to provide painting and clean-up services at the Barrington WINGS house, a Barrington Area United Way (BAUW) partner agency. BAUW was able to thank the volunteers with a lunch provided on-site. Barrington Giving Day provides essential clothing and other items to youth within District 220. This is a huge event in Barrington, and growing every year. BAUW Allocations Committee Volunteer

Be part of your community, by participating on the BAUW Allocations Committee. The Allocations Committe plays a key role in the BAUW process, by reviewing and evaluating the many local agencies and programs and determining which programs are the most effective and efficient in impacting our community. Volunteers are needed to review funding requests, evaluate agencies, and help define the upcoming allocations from the Barrington Area United Way.
